False Advertisements:

Ebay August 2007 "No listing fee" yet there was a fee to list. I boycott Ebay now. I added this to the controversies of ebay on wiki but it was removed because there are some power mongers at wiki who didn't like it.

Walmart "The Low Price Leader": I buy beans and oatmeal for far less at a neighboring store. I offered Walmart my services in locating food suppliers to obtain lower prices. Either Walmart is doing this already and stiffing the consumer or is not doing a good job at finding lower priced food. In either case, the consumer loses.

Some stores still erroneously mark food items with a decimal and cent sign, such as 'Apples, .99 cents per pound'. I got on Walmart about this and glad they are good about this now. It was an amazing scene of a Walmart manager arguing with me and stating explicitly me had they put a dollar sign in front of '.98' instead of followed the cent sign, it would mean $98. The manager threatened physical violence then kicked me out of the store because she was exposing her lack of understanding of 5th grade math and had to augment her ego by any means.
